Wonderful place to eat. Huge portions and great staff. We had 2 cheeseburgers and one bacon burger. The bacon burger had lots of good crispy bacon, double patty and whatever you want as garnish or toppings. Amazing taste and one of the better burgers I have had recently. The cheese burgers were also great really well melted cheese and the toppings went well with the double patty. We also had a regular five guys french fries with were amazing and a very big portion as normal. They were salted well and the peanut oil taste is great! We had bbq and ketchup dips for them. The milkshakes were superb. Reese's with cream and a regular vanilla milkshake. There were only two staff working this day and they were taking orders and making burgers at amazing speeds. They were very polite and professional even under stress. Give them a raise!
In the Water Gardens in Harlow. Went in at lunchtime and it was very empty so it was easy to get served. I imagine it's a buster at the weekend. Staff friendly, sometimes difficult to hear as the music is loud. Might was to consider this for a better customer ordering experience. When food arrived was offered a range of condiments. Refills available for your cold drinks.
Delicious as always. I've not been to a five guys yet and had a bad experience! Good food! I'm just glad I don't have a local one otherwise I'd be massive and poor
Placed an order online through uber eats, made me wait almost an hour then they cancelled it without reason. (Apparently they give guys can’t cancel orders and the cancellation was from uber eats therefore I reordered and have updated to 4 stars)
We stopped in for a bite to eat and it's been a while since I've seen such a clean and nice shop. I live in Germany, though. Nice, fast service. The food I ordered was very delicious. I can only recommend it.
